Fair Price Shop
The Fair Price Shop in collaboration with The Cotton Group and Apon Wellbeing Ltd will allow factory workers to purchase essential groceries at discounted prices in factory premises, saving their time and ensuring their consumption of quality products.
An essential grocery basket containing rice, oil, lentils, salt & noodles is 743 BDT, compared to a market price equivalent of 991 BDT
Earned Wage Access
Employees have instant access to their earned wages via Mitro, ensuring their financial stability and resilience.
Employees can request and receive a portion of their accrued salary via the Mitro app without having to wait until payday.
Daycare
Our factories consist of round-the-clock daycare facilities so our valued employees don't have to worry about their young children.
This especially helps our female employees which account for more than 60% of our workforce.
Doctor on Site
All our factories have a healthcare division with a doctor, nurses, hospital beds and medicine.
Our Schools
We have created 8 schools in rural areas of Bangladesh such as Baraicha Girls High School and Dewana Chor High School.There are currently 6400+ students across our institutions.
We Act for Kids
Crony Group partnered with We Act For Kids Foundation, a charity concern for French retailer IDKIDS and distributed gifts to 1500 children for Eid (Muslim Holiday).
Fire & Safety
Our concern for fire safety has led us to achieve an award from the Bangladesh Fire Service & Civil Defense and Eram Group, a French conglomerate.
We are determined in giving our employees a risk-free work environment.
JYOTI
Female employees have access to inexpensive sanitary napkins via Jyoti vending machines in restrooms.
1 packet is normally ৳36 BDT however, Crony Group’s subsidy allows employees to purchase 1 packet for only ৳12 BDT.
Our goal is to end period shame and normalise the use of sanitary napkins.
